Background-

Alfred Holdings, the UAE investment group behind InsuranceMarket.ae, has widened its reach with two new wholly-owned platforms, CreditMarket.ae and HolidayMarket.ae, pushing further into financial services and travel. Across the group, more than 700 employees now serve over 200,000 active customers.

Group founder and chairman Avinash Babur said InsuranceMarket.ae ranked among the firm’s earliest bets and has scaled well, with growth still picking up pace. That track record, he said, gave the group the confidence to look at other large consumer markets worth building for the long haul, with the two new platforms marking early moves in that direction.

Shadab Ahamed heads CreditMarket.ae as General Manager, running a financial marketplace that links customers with a growing network of UAE banks, financial institutions and fintechs.

The platform spans conventional and Islamic finance, letting shoppers weigh credit cards, personal loans, car loans, mortgages, bank accounts and business banking side by side, with technology sharpening product discovery while advisors step in when customers want a human touch.

Rajesh Khare runs HolidayMarket.ae as General Manager, working across the travel sector through ties with destinations, hotels, airlines and travel experiences.

The platform handles holiday packages, staycations, visa services and group bookings, using technology to match customers with destinations and experiences that fit what they’re after, backed by travel advisors for trickier requests.

Group Managing Director Ameet Lakhiani said the businesses run independently but pull in the same strategic direction, with artificial intelligence reshaping how customers discover and personalize choices across both financial services and travel.
