Spending on training, mentoring, and skill-building programs also reached SR8.29 billion ($2.21 billion), helping more than 2 million Saudis improve their skills for fast-growing and new sectors. 

HRDF Director General Turki Al-Jawini said the results reflect the fund’s continued focus on sustainable employment and talent productivity. He noted that the steady rise in beneficiaries demonstrates the effectiveness of HRDF’s strategic transformation aimed at generating broader economic and social impact. 

“The fund’s progress confirms its role as a key pillar in developing national capabilities and supporting a diversified, knowledge-based economy,” Al-Jawini said. He added that advanced digital systems and strong strategic partnerships have played a vital role in boosting the competitiveness of Saudi talent both locally and internationally.

HRDF signed 45 training agreements to help people gain skills for jobs. These agreements support Vision 2030 by encouraging private sector growth and helping SMEs contribute more to the economy. 

Al-Jawini confirmed that HRDF will keep improving and expanding its programs to ensure long-term job stability, increase productivity, and enhance the global competitiveness of Saudi workers.
