UAE-based diversified conglomerate Emirates Stallions Group has reported an 8% year-on-year rise in revenue to AED766.69 million for the six months ended June, while net profit climbed 44% to AED166.30 million. The company is a subsidiary of IHC.
Operational profit before tax rose 47% to AED193.48 million, which the company attributed to continued operational efficiencies and disciplined execution across its diversified business portfolio. While total assets expanded by 11% to AED4.8 billion and total equity increased by 10% to AED3.2 billion, gross profit increased by 19% to AED263.64 million.
The company said its first-half performance was supported by ongoing operational improvements, effective capital allocation and strong contributions from its Development and Human Resources businesses. Portfolio optimisation initiatives further strengthened profitability while maintaining a disciplined approach to growth.
Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the group, said the results reflected the strength of the company’s diversified portfolio and its focus on building businesses with long-term fundamentals. He added that the company remained focused on expanding its asset base and maintaining financial discipline to create lasting shareholder value.
Kayed Ali Khorma, CEO of the group, said the first half benefited from disciplined execution and prudent capital management, with the Development and Human Resources segments delivering particularly strong contributions.
During the period, the company launched Rotana Residences on Al Reem Island, a project with an estimated gross development value of around AED1 billion, strengthening its presence in the UAE real estate market.
